01
I understand myself
“Personal clarity comes before project clarity.”
Goal. Before talking about the project, we sort out who you are. What drives you, what outrages you, which decisions you make with judgment and which ones you make on autopilot.
Approach. Clarity about the person. Without it, everything outside just floats.
You leave with. Your personal profile: what drives you and how you decide.
02
I find my cause
“A cause with a face matters more than an abstract idea.”
Goal. You identify which problem you truly care about and who you want to help. Something close to you, something you know, something worth your time.
Approach. From vague outrage to a cause with a face.
You leave with. The problem you want to solve and who you're helping.
03
I shape my idea
“Whoever wants to do everything finishes nothing.”
Goal. You turn restlessness into a concrete proposal. Not the perfect idea: a clear version of what you do, for whom, and why it would make sense to start there.
Approach. Focus. And letting go of the other ideas for a while.
You leave with. Your proposal in one sentence: what you do, for whom and why.
04
I design my first project
“Testing small costs less than guessing big.”
Goal. You go from idea to plan. What you need, who with, how much it costs to get started, what the risks are, what you can test small before committing big.
Approach. Honest structure. It's not a business plan, it's a map so you don't get lost.
You leave with. Your first test, designed small and ready to run.
05
I go out into the world
“Before selling, build an audience and conversations.”
Goal. You launch something real, however tiny. An event, a letter to three people, a landing page, a conversation. Whatever moves the project out of your head.
Approach. Imperfect action. Learning live, not in a simulation.
You leave with. Real feedback from real people.
06
I learn and grow
“What compounds beats what explodes once.”
Goal. You review what worked, what didn't, what filled you up and what drained you. You decide how to keep going without burning out. Growing at your own pace, or changing course in time.
Approach. Keep what's worth it. Let go of what isn't.
You leave with. What you've learned and your next step, decided.
