The basic rules between you and us.

1. Who we are

Raíz y Acción is an initiative of Startidea (Mario Pablo Sánchez Barrón), based in Granada, Spain. We offer you an online platform for entrepreneurship support with social impact.

2. What we offer you

• Diagnostic, roadmap and AI mentor on the Free plan.
• Cohort launch programmes, live sessions, challenges and materials on the Pro plans.
• Access to the community and to the public documentation.

We are not therapy, nor legal, tax or investment advice. If you need that, we will refer you to licensed professionals.

3. Your account

• You must be over 14 years old (or have authorisation from a guardian).
• You are responsible for your password.
• You may not share your account or resell access.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

4. Payments and cancellation

• Pro plans include 14 days free. You can cancel at no cost during that period.
• No minimum commitment. You can cancel whenever you want from the billing portal.
• Full refund during the first 14 days if it's not right for you.
• Stripe handles the charge. Prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Your content

What you write (roadmap, messages with the mentor, community posts) is yours. You grant us a licence to display it within the platform and, if you post in the community, so other members can see it. You can delete it at any time.

6. Our content

The method, templates, materials, texts and code belong to Startidea. You may use downloadable materials for your personal project; you may not resell or distribute them.

7. AI mentor

The AI mentor's answers are automatic and indicative. They do not replace professional human judgement or expert advice. Read them with judgement and consult professionals when the decision is serious.

8. Limitation of liability

We offer you the platform with the best reasonable quality, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability or specific results. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the platform's content.

9. Changes

If we make a material change to these terms we will notify you by email. If you disagree, you may cancel your account.

10. Applicable law

Spanish law applies. For any dispute, the competent courts will be those of Granada, except for non-waivable consumer rights.
