Raíz y Acción is a support platform: you have an AI mentor that remembers your context, a structured six-phase method, a community and, in the Pro plan, launchpad groups with a human mentor and live sessions. We don't give you content to consume; we help you move forward.

Who is this designed for?

For people aged 16 to 35 who want to do something with social impact — whether that's starting a venture, creating a project, leading an initiative or simply sorting out what they already have. You don't need a clear idea or previous experience.

What is the diagnostic?

It's five questions that place you in one of the six phases of the method. Based on your answers, the mentor knows where to start with you. It's not a personality test; it's a starting tool. It takes about two minutes.

Is the mentor an AI or a person?

The chat mentor is AI — it works with the context of your diagnostic, your goals and the history of what you've discussed. In the Pro plan you have access to launchpad groups with a human mentor (Mario or others) and weekly live online sessions.

Question 5

What does the mentor know about me?

What you tell it. The mentor remembers everything you've discussed within the platform: your diagnostic, your goals, your doubts. It doesn't access anything external. The more you share, the better it can support you.

Can I trust what the mentor tells me?

The mentor is trained to ask good questions and help you think clearly, not to give you absolute answers. It has explicit limits: it doesn't do therapy, it doesn't guarantee results, it doesn't tell you what to build. When something is out of its scope, it says so.

Does the AI mentor replace human support?

Accepted Answer

No. It complements it. The AI is available at all times and remembers your context. The human mentor brings judgment, lived experience and the ability to read between the lines that an AI doesn't have. That's why both coexist in the Pro plan.

What are launchpad groups?

They are small groups (6-10 people) that move through a phase of the method together with a human mentor. There are weekly online sessions, follow-up between sessions and their own community thread. The format is designed so the group is an asset, not an obstacle.

How often are the live sessions?

Accepted Answer

There is at least one weekly session per launchpad group. The schedule is published at the start of each group. Sessions are recorded for those who can't join live.

Can I join a launchpad group mid-way?

Groups start together and progress in parallel, so you can only join at the beginning of each group. When spots open up we announce it in the community and by email. If you're on the waiting list, you'll hear first.

How much does it cost?

The Free plan is free forever and includes the diagnostic, roadmap, AI mentor and community access. The Pro plan costs €9/month (or €90/year, equivalent to 2 months free) and includes launchpad groups, live sessions, a human mentor and downloadable materials.

Question 12

Is there a lock-in period?

Accepted Answer

No. You can cancel whenever you want from your account, without calling anyone or giving a reason. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Your data is yours. You can request an export or deletion at any time from your profile or by writing to mario@startidea.es. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
