Strictly necessary cookies

• ra_member_session · keeps your session logged in. Expires after 30 days.
• ra_admin_session · admin session (team only). Expires after 14 days.
• ra_mentor_session · groups your conversation with the AI mentor if you don't have an account. Expires after 30 days.
• ra_cookie_consent_v3 · remembers your preference regarding analytics and advertising measurement cookies.

These cookies are essential for the platform to work. They do not require your explicit consent (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Analytics cookies (optional)

If you accept them, we use privacy-friendly analytics (Umami, self-hosted) to understand which pages are visited. Umami does not profile people. We also use Clarity to improve the experience on public pages, always after you accept.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting the ra_cookie_consent_v3 cookie or from your browser.

Campaign measurement (optional)

If you accept everything, Spotify Pixel records visits on the public website. In addition, when you create an account or complete a new diagnostic, our server reports that type of conversion to Spotify to attribute it to the Raíz y Acción campaign.

In those two events, Spotify may receive the IP address and, if an account exists, the email normalised and protected with SHA-256. We do not send the name, diagnostic answers, profile, journal, goals or conversations with the mentor.

What we DON'T do

• We do not load Spotify Pixel or activate the conversions API before consent.
• We do not measure browsing or content inside the private area.
• We do not sell personal data to advertisers.
