I've been helping people sort out what they want to say since 2011.
I started doing communications for NGOs and social projects that had a lot to say but didn't know how to begin. Over time I realized the problem wasn't the communication: it was that many of those projects weren't clear on why they existed or who they were for.
That's how Startidea was born — first as a consultancy, then as a training platform and now as this: a support method for young people who want to build something social and don't know where to begin.
I've supported more than 400 projects. I've made mistakes that are now part of the method. And I keep learning.
Why
Why do I do this?
Because I needed it myself
When I started, there was no one to tell me 'not this way; this way'. I had to learn the hard way. If this had existed before, I would have gotten to what matters much sooner.
Because the ecosystem has a noise problem
There are a thousand courses, a thousand mentors, a thousand platforms. And a lot of it is generic, superficial or outright misleading. I wanted to build something honest.
Because young people with purpose deserve something better
They don't need more content. They need someone to help them think. Someone who won't sell them a dream but will ask them the uncomfortable questions.
Because I enjoy it
I'll be honest: I love this. Watching someone go from chaos to clarity, from idea to action — that's priceless.
